Delete Cached Copies of Roaming Profiles

This setting enables Windows to delete the cached profile of any roaming users when they log off the system. This will help to maintain profile integrity and save disk space where that are numerous mobile users.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'DeleteRoamingCache' using the settings below.

Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.


Settings:
System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
Name: DeleteRoamingCache
Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
