Enable Advanced File System and Sharing Security
This setting is used to enable the ability to control advanced NTFS permissions on local and shared files.
Open your registry and find the key below.
Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'ForceGuest' using the settings below.
Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.
Note: This tweak is only available for Windows XP Professional Edition, due to restrictions users of the XP Home Edition are not able to access NFTS permissions through the GUI.
Settings:
System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa]
Name: ForceGuest
Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value: (1 = default, 0 = advanced permissions)
